Applies to: All users of dzatsu.com, related subdomains, and all associated Dzatsu services.

1. Who We Are

Dzatsu Systems Ltd. ("Dzatsu", "we", "our", or "us") is a registered Ghanaian company that operates an online platform connecting carriers, shippers, and brokers for efficient freight movement across Ghana.

2. Eligibility

To use Dzatsu, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Contracts Act, 1960 (Act 25).
- Provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.

3. Account Creation & Responsibility

You agree to provide truthful and complete registration data. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Dzatsu immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Platform Usage

You agree to use Dzatsu in accordance with Ghanaian law and not to:
- Post fraudulent, illegal, or misleading loads or trucking info.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or cargo.
- Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) without permission.

Dzatsu acts only as an intermediary and is not a party to transactions or contracts between users.

5. Verification and Identity

Dzatsu may verify your phone number/email, identity documents, or business credentials. We may suspend or reject accounts based on incomplete or suspicious data.

6. Content & Listings

Users may post:
- Loads (shipment origin, destination, cargo details)
- Trucks (availability, location, type)

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you post. Dzatsu may remove listings that violate laws or terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Dzatsu collects and stores your data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). By using Dzatsu, you consent to:
- Processing for matching, messaging, and verification
- Retention of data for operational and legal reasons

8. Fees and Subscriptions

Some Dzatsu services are free; others may require a subscription. You will be informed of fees before use. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change with notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dzatsu is not liable for delivery failures, cargo loss, or payment disputes. We do not vet or guarantee the reliability of users. Use Dzatsu at your own risk. Our liability is limited to what you paid (if any) in the last 3 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Commit fraud or abuse
- Are subject to legal/regulatory action
You may also request deletion of your account.

11. Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve disputes first through Dzatsu support. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Ghanaian law in the courts of Accra, Ghana.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on our website and shared via app or email. Continued use means you accept the updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Ghanaian law, including:
- Contracts Act, 1960 (Act 25)
- Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772)
- Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843)
